How much will it cost my company?
The cost to you will vary based on several factors, including account volume, workers’ compensation insurance, and lead time for our staffing managers. TalentTeam is committed to providing quality employees to your company at a competitive price. We’ll provide clear cost and service information when you have approved your staffing strategy and we have assessed the cost of executing the strategy.
What is the process for finding employees through TalentTeam?
Our search and recruitment efforts begin immediately. TalentTeam will invest considerable effort in learning about your needs, developing a holistic strategy, and spinning up an expert team to execute the strategy. Nobody can operate as an effective HR outsource for your facility without clearly understanding your needs and the requirements of every position.
You’ll be asked to demonstrate creditworthiness and help us develop your plan. We’ll provide complete information on rates, services, processes and expectations. The goals always revolve around protecting you from employment risks, building a world-class work group, and increasing your profit.
How long will it take to place an employee in our company?
The onboarding time frame varies. Some skill sets are readily available in the market. Many aren’t. We’re committed to employing real solutions. Your staffing strategy isn’t an experiment, it’s one of the most significant elements of your business success. You may decide to look at the most qualified applicants and do an interview, or we can fill a position based on the qualifications you provide. In any case, we're ready to start when you are.
Do you check backgrounds and screen for drug use?
We build a strategy that’s based upon managing your risks and increasing your profits. This may include background and drug screens, and will likely include several other screens. We don’t create a template and force you into it. That is traditional staffing. Our approach is non-traditional, unique and exclusive. You’re in control of the screening criteria.
What if I’m not satisfied with an employee placed by TalentTeam?
We realize that not every job is a fit for every person, and sometimes that’s not clear until the employee has been on the job for a day or two. Our contract-to-hire model provides an opportunity for you to see an employee in the work setting and assess the results. If you’re not satisfied, just let us know. We'll determine why the screens did not work, fix the screening system, and provide another employee who has passed through the improved screens. Our business clients love this "try before you buy" feature.
